Сначала смотрите внимательно на предложение. Находите в нем глагол. Определяете, в каком времени этот глагол. Ну, например, в первом предложении глагол sits. По окончанию S этo Настоящее Простое (Present Simple). Только в этом времени для he, she, it у глаголов прибавляется окончание s.
Далее, нам известно, что для образования отрицания и вопросов в Present Simple нужны вспомогательные глаголы. Их два. Для I, you, we, they - это do.Для he, she, it - это does.

Не за что. Может быть вариант наоборот. В первой части дается отрицание. Во второй, после запятой, пишете тогда do you, does he...
