lena51199: My favourite month is July and my favourite season is summer. I think it is easy to understand why. First of all, the longest school holidays are in summer. They last for three months. Secondly, the reason, why I like July more than other summer months, is that I like the sea, the sun and the heat of this month. It's the very middle of summer, when my family and I go to the seaside.Some people say that July's heat is awful, but not for me.

I have to read many books in August, which were set as homework by our literature teacher. Autumn starts on the 1st of September, as well as the new academic year.
