помогите перевести предложения во вложениях в косвенную речь

1) He asked for two loaves of stale bread.

2) She asked me if I thought it was a good picture.

3) He said good morning to her and left. (*слово madam используется только как обращение в прямой речи, иначе оно имеет совершенно другое значение (хозяйка борделя))

4) He suggested going and told me I had said too much.

5) He refused to go and shouted that he wanted to tell her all.
