A glass of white sugar and ¾ cup honey mix, put on low heat in a small saucepan and stir constantly until the sugar has dissolved in honey. Desirable not to boil! Optionally, you can pour half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Do not let the syrup to freeze! Tepefy periodically.
