Якщо у ствержувальному реченні підмет є одниною (She, He, It), то к дієслову добавляється закінчення s/es. Якщо множина (I, They, We, You), то закінчення не добавляється

Birds live in the trees. (Пташки живуть на деревах.)

Якщо у негативному реченні підмет є одниною:

She/He/It + doesn`t + дієслово у звичайній формі

Якщо у негативному реченні підмет є множиною:

You/I/They/We + don`t+ дієслово у звичайній формі.

Polina doesn`t love study. (Поліна не любить вчитися.)

The guys don`r live in the Zhabinsky Street. (Ці хлопці не проживають на вулиці Жабинського.)
